物流软件模拟实训室占地80平米，可同时容纳12组48名同学进行实训操作。本实训室是专业课程实践教学的场所，配有物流企业经营管理沙盘和企业经营管理沙盘模拟系统软件。
本实训室的项目主要通过模拟经营、问题讨论、团队合作的方式开展，在对抗中启发学生思考，从而提高学生对物流管理和企业管理的认识水平。实训中学生通过组建公司，职位扮演、市场分析、战略制定、营销策划、运输调度等一系列活动，模拟企业的整体运营过程。实训要求学生通过合作，完成从订单竞标、人员招聘到运费结算、仓库选址（配送中心建设）等一系列经营活动的战术决策制定与实施。从而训练了学生作为物流管理人员的分析、决策以及执行能力。提高了团队意识与合作精神，为走向实际工作岗位打下基础。由于本实训室项目独具的对抗性和启发思维的训练效果，实训也在中石油等校外培训人员中成功开展。
物流沙盘和企业管理沙盘同时也是全国大学生企业经营管理沙盘模拟大赛竞赛项目，在申习身、张明齐、闫高杰三位老师的指导下，我系学生在2010和2011年分别获得该项大赛三等奖和二等奖的好成绩。
Logistics Simulation software training room covers an area of 80 square meters, which can accommodate 12 group students (48 students) for practice operation. The training room is practical teaching place for the professional courses, with logistics enterprise management sand table and the enterprise management sand table simulation system software.
The training courses in this room are mainly through simulation operation, discussion, team cooperation to inspire students in thinking, so as to improve the student abilities in logistics management and enterprise management. In the practical Training, the students stimulate enterprise operational process, which consists of setting up company, position practice, market analysis, making up strategy, marketing planning, transportation scheduling and so on.
In the practical training, the students are asked to finish a series of business activity of tactical decisions formulation and implementation, such as order bidding, staff recruitment, freight settlement, storage location, which enhance their analysis, decision and executive ability as logistics management personnel and also improve their team consciousness and cooperation spirit that plays fundamental role in their future jobs. In view of the unique competitive and inspired training effect, we have applied the training system in Petrochina employee training and got great success.
Logistics sand table and enterprise management sand table are the national university students' enterprise management simulation competition projects. The students of our department have won the third and second prize in 2010 and 2011 respectively with the guidance of the teacher Shen Xishen, Zhang Mingqi and Yan Gaojie.
